Working As Your Agent:

For me, working in Real Estate is a lot of fun - I love what I do!  However, I take my role as your agent very seriously.  Protecting your best interests is first priority. My goal is to build relationships that last much longer than a single transaction. To accomplish this,  I listen, advise, and get the answers you need - keeping you informed every step of the way.

 Professional Background:

My former career spanned over twenty years in the Luxury Cruise Industry (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service). Dealing with an upscale and often demanding clientele taught me to be flexible, patient, a good listener - and most importantly - a GREAT negotiator! I joined Windermere in 2004, and have been a full-time Realtor ever since. The skills I gained in my former career make me a better agent: I work very hard to insure my clients get the most home for their money - or, the most money for their home. 

Seattle Native:   

I was born right here in Seattle, and grew-up on Mercer Island. I've stayed in the greater-Seattle area all of my life. Being a native gives me a unique perspective, and it's a real advantage to you: I know Seattle and the Puget Sound Region intimately. I can help you choose the neighborhood that best fits your lifestyle and budget.

First-Hand Knowledge:   

Having owned a Condo, a Rental Property, and the "Ultimate Fixer" (my current home) has taught me a lot about Real Estate. I can understand your concerns as both a buyer and seller, because I've been through the process myself.
